You will be welcomed in the workshop room where you will hear the introduction about Farmers' Cheese and its making.
Next, you will be guided to make cheese.
When the cheeses are under the press, you will be given a tour of the cheese farm and clog factory.
During this tour you can taste all types of cheese, try a glass of fruit wine and taste typical Dutch cookies.
After the tour, the cheeses can be removed from under the press.
These very young cheeses then get a little treatment before you can take them home.
Because we often receive requests for up to 4 people, we have now specially created this option.
Note: This workshop will only take place with a minimum booking from 4 persons. For multiple bookings in different languages, the workshop will be held in English.
You will receive information by email no later than 2 days in advance whether the workshop has generated enough registrations.
If there are not enough registrations, we will ask if there is interest in moving the workshop to another open date or a refund.
To increase the likelihood of multiple registrations, it is not possible to cancel a booking that has already been placed.
