After the introduction about the Dutch Farmhouse Gouda Cheese, all participants start with the cheese making process.
Step by step you learn how to make your own cheese. Everyone gets half a cheese to take home.
When the cheeses have been put under the cheese press, the participants will get a guided tour through the cheesefarm and clog factory.
When the tour is finished, the cheeses can be removed from under the cheese press. These cheeses will get salted before they can be taken home.
Total duration approx. 2.5 hours. A shorter program is possible.
