While the cheeses are under the press, you will take a tour of the cheese farm and clog workshop. During this tour, you can taste all the types of cheese, try a glass of fruit wine, and sample traditional Dutch cookies.
Everyone takes home half a cheese to enjoy as young cheese after about six weeks. You can also store it longer (turning it daily); the longer you store it, the more mature the cheese becomes. Enjoy!
After the tour, the cheeses can be taken out from under the press. These very young cheeses will receive a small treatment before you can take them home.
Total duration approximately 3 hours. A shortened program of about 2 hours is also possible.
