Workshop Smoking Fish (eel, salmon, mackerel, trout, or…)
 

Because of the smoke, this workshop is held outside.
Here you can help with all the preparations, you have to keep the smoking barrel at the correct temperature, you have to check whether the fish is done, and of course you have to taste the result.
The workshop includes toasted bread with freshly-smoked fish and 2 eels per person or 1 piece of another kind of fish to take home.
During the time the fish is in the smoking barrel, everyone will get a guided tour through the cheesefarm and clog factory.
 

Total duration approx. 3 hours.
 

Optional: When using more smoking barrels a competition is also possible.
Price depends on the day price of the fish, the total number of participants, and the possible order of extra fish.
Therefore an offer will be made on request.
